Local homeowners’ associations and community managers received a breakdown of new laws impacting them thanks to Associa Colorado. The branch hosted a webinar with guest speakers Kelly McQueeney and Jonah Hunt, of Orten Cavanagh Holmes & Hunt, LLC, to review multiple house and senate bills recently passed in the state legislature, including:

·       HB  26-1099, impacting reserve studies and management contracts

·       HB 26-1007, impacting the use of devices for energy resources, like solar panels

·       HB 26-1001, impacting the development of new housing properties

·       HB 26-1045, impacting the protection of housing for people with disabilities
